​Goldenview Middle School
​Anchorage, AK

Completed a fully reinforced, polyurethane system installed at 96 mils dry. ARR is an approved applicator to perform this project with Tremco Commercial Roofing products. This 100,000 sf was restored using a 20-year renewable, sustainable roof in 2020. In addition to the roof restoration, ARR performed removal and replacement of all expansion joint sealants in the CMU façade.

Pogo Mine Maintenance Bldg

​Delta Junction, AK

Completed a complete restoration of the leaky metal roof over the Maintenance Building at the 15,000 square foot Pogo Mine Maintenance Building. We utilize an Expandable Polyurea stripe coat at all seams and fastener runs; A complete base coat of Expandable Polyurea over the entire surface; And a top coat utilizing 38 mils of silicone. This 20-year system was completed in 2020 and provides the customer with a renewable, sustainable roof system.

​Kodiak Fish Meal Plant
​Kodiak, AK

Completed a silicone membrane over an existing EPDM at the Kodiak Fish Meal Plant in Kodiak, AK. The project was a 24,000-sf roof completed in 2016.

Hardrock Cafe
Anchorage, AK

We performed a new silicone membrane over the existing, leaking modbit roof at the Hard Rock Cafe in 2016.  Our system is often ideal for restaurants and other commercial buildings with a lot of rooftop equipment that is hard to work around when replacing a roof.  These types of roofs are often very expensive and disruptive to replace.  Our solution will keep all of the rooftop equipment in place while we flash in our membrane with the existing equipment and penetrations.  

UIC Warehouse Bldg
​Anchorage, AK

Completed a complete restoration of the leaky metal roof over the Warehouse Building that UIC uses to store materials before shipping them out to various Alaska villages. We utilized an Expandable Polyurea stripe coat at all seams and fastener runs; A complete base coat of Expandable Polyurea over the entire surface; And a top coat utilizing 38 mils of silicone. This 20-year system was completed in 2020 and provides the customer with a renewable, sustainable roof system.

Eagle River Park Gate Bldg
​Eagle River, AK

Completed a restoration of an existing 24,000 sf mod bit (torch down) roof in Eagle River, AK. The roof was restored using our Expandable Polyurea and silicone system. We applied a stripe coat to all seams and penetrations using Expandable Polyurea. The base coat was applied to the entire surface at approx. 1⁄4” thick; Followed by a top coat of silicone.

Valdez City Warehouse
Valdez, AK

Completed a metal roof restoration using Tremco’s fluid-applied urethane system. The roof was restored by addressing the most troubling spots in any metal roof: Screw fastener heads and seams. ARR treated each individual fastener head using urethane caulking; Vertical and horizontal seams were treated using a fabric reinforcement embedded in urethane. The entire surface was coated with a 3 part urethane system for additional redundancy.​

Creekside Mall
Wasilla, AK

Completed the Creekside Mall roof in 2018. This 65,000 sf mall roof was restored by removing an old, existing aluminum coating that did not pass our pull test that is required prior to starting coating on any roof. The aluminum coating was removed using chemical stripper. There was ponding water along the bottom of all parapet walls so we installed crickets along the parapets to shed ponding water and move water towards the drains. The roof was restored using a fully-reinforced, high solids silicone silicone. This mall now has a fully reinforced, renewable, sustainable roof system.
